What can I do if my Pre-Registration has been submitted but I am not be able to come to CERN in the near future to finalize my registration?

EDH pre-registration forms are valid for 6 months starting from the date of signature of the Home Institution Declaration (provided the contract end date is also still valid).  

If you want to keep your computer account, please ask your Team Leader or Experiment Secretariat to register you as an External Participant in an Experiment
