Existing Users, COAS and VISCs who are EU/Schengen nationals and residents in the Local Area

Pre-arrival formalities

If you are an existing User, COAS or VISC from the EU/Schengen and are currently a resident in the Local Area, you do not need to complete any specific formalities, apart from checking the validity of your travel documents (passport / ID card) prior to travelling.

N.B. holders of Swiss or French residence permits who have resided outside of France for more than 12 months or outside of Switzerland for more than 2 months must contact the Users Office to clarify their situation before travelling or before requesting the extension of their permit.
