  • Will I be able to access the site if I arrive outside of office hours or during the weekend?

    If you arrive at CERN outside of office hours (evening or weekend), you will be able to enter the site by showing your CERN Hostel booking confirmation to the guards at the entrance, and then visit the Users Office on the next working day during opening hours.

  • What can I do if my Pre-Registration has been submitted but I am not be able to come to CERN in the near future to finalize my registration?

    EDH pre-registration forms are valid for 6 months starting from the date of signature of the Home Institution Declaration (provided the contract end date is also still valid).   If you want to keep your computer account, please ask your Team Leader or Experiment Secretariat to register you as an External Participant in an Experiment
