Final Registration at the Users Office

  • If you are a citizen from outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, you are required to hold a work attestation, called a Convention d’accueil, which serves as a work permit for France. Please request this attestation via the EDH Invitation Letter Request if you are already registered as an Associated Member of Personnel (Users, COAS, or VISC), or via the EDH Pre-Registration form if you are a newcomer. This should be done well in advance of your arrival on site. You must bring the duly dated and signed document to the Users Office within 10 days of your arrival at CERN.
