I am pre-registered as a USER but the CERN Hostel online booking system does not let me book a room. What can I do?

If you have successfully been pre-registered as a future User by your Team Leader via EDH PREG and the online booking system does not let you book a room at the CERN Hostel, you may book a room by writing directly to: housing.service@cern.ch. Make sure to specify your future status (User) as well as the start date of your assignment at CERN in the email. When filling-out the Individual Booking form, you may indicate your Team Leader or Experiment Secretariat contact person as CERN Guarantor.
