Should I use PREG to register a future Team Member who needs a computer account and remote access to the Experiment but does not need to be physically present at CERN for now?

Should a person only need remote access, they must register as External Participant in an Experiment. The External Participant in an Experiment status will require the signature of an EDH form but will not grant the concerned person physical access to CERN. The External Participant in an Experiment status enables wider computing access to the experiment data than that which is granted with the lightweight account.
