How can I request the assignment of a Third-Party Account number to my profile in the CERN database?

The Third-Party Account number assigned to a profile must normally be specified in the original Registration form. Should the Third-Party Account number be assigned or updated at a later stage, the Manager of the Third-Party Account to be assigned to your profile must send a request on your behalf to the Users Office.
